- Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety standards, and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
