You'll own day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting across our portfolio, keeping the books clean, accurate, and audit-ready while leveraging AI to do it faster and smarter than the traditional playbook allows.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and double-entry bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, data validation)
• Prior experience with cloud-based accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online or ZohoBooks
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to and work with AI tools like Claude for Excel, Artifacts etc. in a professional context
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with US sales tax compliance and reporting
• Familiarity with UAE tax regulations (VAT)
• Prior exposure to eCommerce accounting workflows
• Experience with Excel automations
