Job summaryDue to a GP relocating, we have a vacancy for a salaried GP to join our friendly practice for 4-6 sessions per week.We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified GPs. We would be open to considering applicants under the GP Retention Scheme as well as applicants who require a Tier 2 visa.Ramsey Health Centre is a semi-rural dispensing and GP training Practice situated between Huntingdon and Peterborough with a list size of around 7,500 patients.The clinical team includes 4 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 1 ANP, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nursing Associate, 1 Assistant Practitioner and 1 HCA.As a training practice, we are committed to fostering learning and professional growth for all team members.We are also supported by additional ARRS roles from our Primary Care Network Fenland PCN including ANP, paramedics, pharmacists, social prescribers and care coordinators.With a focus on maintaining sustainable workload, our admin team are effective at supporting us with workflow efficiencies in order to reduce the admin burden on the clinician.Main duties of the job

- Deliver safe, effective and evidence based care to our diverse patient community.
- Provide consultations through a mix of telephone, online and face to face appointments.
- Contribute to achieving practice priorities such as QOF, enhanced services and local health initiatives.
- Take part in clinical meetings, audits and training sessions.

- The post includes participation in the duty doctor rota. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a fair share of duty doctor sessions, allocated on a pro-rata basis according to their contracted clinical sessions.

- As a teaching practice, support the learning and development of GP registrars by participating in supervision and teaching activities.
