Job Summary Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Work Location: New York, NY Duration: 12 months Visa: H1B, GC, GCEAD, USC, H4EAD Mandates: One State or Federal project Experience required Transportation Domain Technology Business Management (TBM) Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute TBM Expense Transparency initiatives across IT divisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance TBM financial models, allocation methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Service Owners to analyze cost drivers and improve financial transparency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, procurement, contract management, and financial reporting activities.
• Provide actionable financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Validate and improve allocation methodologies, service mappings, and cost modeling assumptions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, or Cost Transparency initiatives.
• Extensive experience with:
• • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Cost Allocation
  • Procurement Processes
  • Contract Management
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and scenario analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• TBM tools and cost transparency reporting.
• Power BI.
• ServiceNow (ITFM, CMDB, Service Taxonomy).
• PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems.
• Prior MTA experience is highly preferred.
