Events Coordinator - Enterprize Tasmania About the Role Enterprize Tasmania is seeking a highly organised and community-focused Events Coordinator to support the delivery of startup and innovation events across Hobart and Launceston. You will play a key role in coordinating workshops, networking events, and accelerator program activities that support Tasmania’s growing startup ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Delivery Plan and coordinate startup events, workshops, and networking sessions. Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site requirements. Coordinate venue bookings across Hobart and Launceston hubs. Support delivery of accelerator and founder program events. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Engage with founders, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners. Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and event contributors. Build strong relationships with community and industry stakeholders. Support inclusive participation across all events. Operations & Administration Manage event registrations and attendee communications. Prepare agendas, materials, and event documentation. Support budgeting and basic event reporting. Ensure compliance with event and risk management processes. Marketing & Event Support Assist with promotion of events via social media and newsletters. Support creation of event communications and announcements. Contribute to branding and visibility of programs. On-the-Day Coordination Set up event spaces and coordinate technical requirements. Manage attendee check-in and event flow. Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth delivery. About You Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or community programs. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. Basic budgeting and administrative experience. Desirable Experience in startup, education, or non-profit environments Marketing or social media skills. Event management qualification.
