About Us
Seka Inn Hotel Limited is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of Crowthorne, offering guests a welcoming and high-quality hospitality experience. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the hotel while overseeing financial and administrative activities.
Role Overview
The Finance & Accounts Manager will play a key role in the daily running of the hotel and will be responsible for managing the hotel’s financial administration, bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and accounting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Duties
* Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable * Process invoices, supplier payments, and customer billing * Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements * Assist with payroll preparation and financial reporting * Maintain accurate financial documentation and records * Support budgeting and expense tracking * Liaise with external accountants and auditors when required * Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies
Operational & Hotel Management Duties
* Support the day-to-day running of the hotel * Assist with administrative and operational coordination * Help maintain excellent guest service standards * Coordinate with suppliers and service providers * Support stock and inventory monitoring * Assist management with operational reporting and planning
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar finance, bookkeeping, hospitality, or accounts management role is preferred * Candidates currently studying towards or who have completed a professional accounting qualification are encouraged to apply, including:
* Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) * Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA) * Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) * Strong numerical and organisational skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and work independently * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not essential * Must be eligible to work in the UK or qualify for visa sponsorship under UK employment regulations
