Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution of all dishes
- Help train and support kitchen team members
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support with inventory management and cost control
