This is a U.S.-based opportunity with TN Visa support available for qualified citizens of Mexico and Canada. This role may be a strong fit for engineers who already hold TN status and are looking for a change of employer, as well as experienced structural engineers who have not used the TN process before but meet the professional and eligibility requirements.Our team can support qualified candidates through the TN application or employer change process, including guidance on the required documentation and next steps.The ideal candidate will have strong structural engineering experience and either hold an active Texas PE License or be able and willing to obtain Texas PE licensure or reciprocity within the required timeline. Mexican candidates may require a valid Cédula Profesional, substantial engineering experience, credential evaluation, and licensing review as part of the process. Benefits:

- Perform structural calculations and analysis
- Review engineering calculations and shop drawings
- Analyze wind, snow, seismic, and dead loads
- Support steel and aluminum structural projects
- Lead engineering workflows and project coordination
- Troubleshoot design, fabrication, and installation issues
- Collaborate with design, fabrication, operations, and pre-construction teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas preferred
- Ability to gain Texas PE reciprocity within 90 days highly preferred
- Open and willing to obtain PE licenses in other states as needed
- Minimum 4 years of progressive engineering experience
- Minimum 2 years in a management or team leadership role
- Strong background in structural engineering
- Experience with steel and aluminum structures preferred
- Experience with IBC, ASCE 7, and related building codes
- Experience with CAD and structural analysis software
- TN Visa eligibility as a citizen of Mexico or Canada
PE License Requirement:
