Job Description Job Type: Full-time, fully onsite, Monday- Friday
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand’s positioning and business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, short-form videos, and reels.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Maintain and oversee the social media content calendar, coordinating content planning, development, approvals, and publishing.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively engage with the online community to strengthen brand presence and audience relationships.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Support and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese required.
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and content editing skills, including photo and video editing capabilities.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design and content management tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio or relevant work samples are highly preferred and encouraged to be submitted with the application.
