AA Health Insurance is a New Zealand health insurance provider that offers everyday and hospital cover plans through a partnership between the New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) and nib NZ, helping members access private healthcare with flexible insurance options.A Senior Customer Service Representative (Senior CSR) is responsible for providing advanced customer support, handling complex customer issues, mentoring junior team members, and helping maintain high service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.Resolve complex complaints and escalations.Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates.Maintain accurate customer records and reports.Support and train new customer service staff.Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.Assist supervisors or team leaders with daily operations.Pay: $5,417.00 – $6,200.00 per monthBenefits:
