🏥 The Role
A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of new-build hospital projects ($200M+).
You’ll report directly into the Healthcare Division Director and lead from the front across the full lifecycle.
Not just managing…Driving delivery. Owning outcomes. Leading teams.

🔥 What You’ll Be Leading
• End-to-end delivery — site → commissioning → handover• Large, multi-disciplinary teams across complex builds• Coordination with architects, engineers & healthcare authorities• High-value programmes where precision is critical

⚙️ What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Full project planning, scheduling & risk management• Budget control, procurement & change management• Navigating healthcare-specific regulations & standards• Stakeholder engagement at executive level• Driving performance, safety & delivery excellence
