Job Description Job Description We are looking for HR Executive and he/she will be responsible for full spectrum of HR and administration functions and assist on finance matters related to HR.
  1. Responsible for recruitment, interview and meeting scheduling etc.
  2. Preparation of monthly payroll calculation, CPF contribution, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants and handle all employee benefits and welfare in according to company policies.
  3. Administer and renewal of staff/general/group insurances.
  4. Hotel arrangement for guests.
  5. Preparation of offer letters, application of employment pass (EP) and work pass for worker include keeping abreast with the latest regulatory requirements such as MOM.
  6. Preparation of yearly payroll audit reports and reporting to HQ.
  7. Preparation and submission of IR8A, IR21 and relevant statutory requirement forms.
  8. Maintain record of IT equipment, office supplies & other assets of the company.
  9. Maintaining confidentiality at all times to support the smooth running of department.
  10. To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
  1. Diploma and above in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Good understanding of HR Principles, Practices and labor laws.
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  4. Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite
