Job Description Job Description We are looking for HR Executive and he/she will be responsible for full spectrum of HR and administration functions and assist on finance matters related to HR.
Requirements
- Responsible for recruitment, interview and meeting scheduling etc.
- Preparation of monthly payroll calculation, CPF contribution, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants and handle all employee benefits and welfare in according to company policies.
- Administer and renewal of staff/general/group insurances.
- Hotel arrangement for guests.
- Preparation of offer letters, application of employment pass (EP) and work pass for worker include keeping abreast with the latest regulatory requirements such as MOM.
- Preparation of yearly payroll audit reports and reporting to HQ.
- Preparation and submission of IR8A, IR21 and relevant statutory requirement forms.
- Maintain record of IT equipment, office supplies & other assets of the company.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times to support the smooth running of department.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma and above in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of HR Principles, Practices and labor laws.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite
