About the Role You will provide high-quality clinical and personal care services to clients in their homes, supporting their health, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. Shifts are flexible and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and active overnight support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing and personal care services in clients’ homes
• Support clients with daily living activities and health care needs
• Maintain accurate digital care notes and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote safety, dignity, independence, and person-centred care
• Follow individual care plans and clinical procedures

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current AHPRA Registration (RN/EN applicants)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
• Previous experience in nursing, disability, aged care, or home care (preferred but not essential)
