Strong stakeholder communication & collaboration

Analyze technician workflows & drive automation
Design functional solutions & UI wireframes
Define test scenarios & validation logic
Support UAT, release validation & change management

Agile / Scrum experience
Wireframing tools (Figma / Balsamiq)
