- Have a good understanding of POS
- Ensure the liquor, tobacco and licensing laws are abided by, understand correct procedures for handling situations
- Ensure associates follow procedures for correct sequence of service
- Closely monitor quality and presentation of all food and beverages, quality of service and the guest experience
- Both days in Weekend are required.
