Begin date: 10/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 2 Job Duties: Duties: Responsible for developing the European style of Driven Partridge Shooting at Amistad Ranch. This will include working with the Ranch Manager in strategic planning and placement of Game Covers, Hedgerows and gun stands. Ensuring an adequate feeding and watering regime is adhered to after birds are released. Ensures release pens are of a high standard, predator proof and well maintained. Assist the Head Game Keeper in the care, safety and welfare of the animals & Game Birds, whilst ensuring that health and safety is maintained at all times. Rear Pheasants and Partridges ready for the shoot season. Feeding. Predator Control Beating. Ensure animal welfare and safety. Daily livestock supervision. Prepare feed and water supplies for livestock. Load and unload physical resources within the work area. Monitor and maintain Health and Safety at all times. Maintain equipment. General animal husbandry. Conduct season closing activities including maintenance, repair and storage of equipment at the end of season. Requirements: Minimum 12 months of traditional European style Game Keeper experience. Background checks & post-offer pre-employment drug screenings conducted equally between the US and the H-2B workers. Must be available to work a minimum of 6 days of the week, depending on schedule. Pay Rate: $22.00 β $25.00 per hour. Overtime possible based on company need paid at $33.00 β $37.50 /hr. Tips paid by/at Member discretion. Up-to 15% of wages in company Performance bonus scheme. Shifts: During this period Ranch operates 7 days a week from 7:00am-6:30pm; Shifts will vary based on need with minimum 40 hours per week.
