ReSource is Australia's largest e-waste and battery recycling facility. We process electronics and batteries for major retailers, councils and government across Victoria.
We're hiring two hardworking people to join our busy Derrimut site.

What you'll be doing:
- Sweeping, shovelling, and general floor cleaning
- Operating industrial blowers and vacuums
- Operating basic equipment like our x-ray battery sorter — no special skills required, we train you on the day
- Keeping the factory clean and safe throughout the day
What we need from you:
- Physically fit — this is active, on-your-feet work all day
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Full working rights in Australia
What we offer:
- Full-time, permanent — two positions available with different rosters:
- Role 1 (weekend-anchored): Mon, Tue and Fri midday–7pm; Sat and Sun 9am–6pm (39 hours)
- Role 2 (weekday): Mon to Fri 7am–5pm
- Immediate start available
- Future opportunity to train on the forklift and grow into equipment operation
- Derrimut location — easy access from the Western suburbs
