Salary on offer: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 plus SuperKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise standards
- Prepare rosters, manage staff performance, and conduct performance reviews
- Implement promotional and marketing activities to drive sales
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Competency in financial management, reporting, and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, or a related field is required
