- Supervise and lead the sales and customer service team to meet performance targets.
- Manage daily petrol station operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, improve service quality, and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of fuel and retail products.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with management to optimize business operations and achieve sales goals.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience desired in a sales supervisory and/or customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and strategies to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with stock management and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations within the retail or fuel industry is a plus.
