Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently fill high volume client job orders.
  • Create and manage employee rosters based on client requirements.
  • Ensure high quality customer service through proactive client liaison and account management.
  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including on-boarding, performance management, and terminations.
  • Address employee issues related to payroll and workplace health & safety (WHS) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and casual employees.
  • Foster a positive rapport and collaborative work environment.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • Confident and friendly phone manner.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team environment.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
