Alfresco Coffee Batemans Bay is on the hunt for an experienced chef and café all rounder to join our small tight knit team to:

• Create and prepare delicious, high-quality café meals with flair and consistency
• Collaborate with the team to design seasonal menus and specials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a comparable fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• A creative approach to menu planning and presentation
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and barista skills highly regarded

Pay: $60,000.00 – $76,515.00 per yearBenefits:
