RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, business models, and competitive positioning of target companies.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials.
- Support due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and operational assessments.
- Assist in preparing investment committee presentations and transaction documentation.
- Monitor portfolio companies and evaluate operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with investment professionals on live transactions and portfolio management activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Solid financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
- Excellent academic background from a top university, GPA from 3.5.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English & Vietnamese.
