Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Fullstack Engineer — SF (On-site) Sinclair Talent Solutions is working with a Series B audio AI company founded by former Scale AI engineers, backed by Meritech, NVIDIA, First Round, and Amplify Partners. They've brought on most FAANG companies and major AI labs as customers in under a year. The mission: bring an R&D approach to audio data with the same rigor AI labs bring to models.
What you'll do:

• Lead full-stack feature development with a 60-70% backend focus, shipping daily
• Build and scale systems that process terabytes of audio data for AI training
• Collaborate directly with the ML research team on data collection and model training pipelines
• Deploy and evaluate LLM and DSP-based solutions for customer data understanding
• Mentor engineers and set technical standards as the team grows

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of backend-leaning full-stack engineering in production
• Strong TypeScript and Python
• Experience with AI/ML or audio data
• Background at a high-growth, VC-backed startup
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Staff Engineers welcome with 6+ years and technical leadership experience
