Table Tennis Coach – Dream Pong Table Tennis Club (Mountain View, CA)Dream Pong Table Tennis Club is seeking a patient, reliable, and growth-oriented Table Tennis Coach with a strong professional training background. The role focuses primarily on coaching children and family groups, with an emphasis on developing strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship in a structured and positive learning environment.We are a professional, fast-growing club based in Mountain View, CA, offering a modern training environment and a supportive team culture. International applicants are welcome, including F-1 OPT/CPT candidates. For highly qualified candidates with elite competitive achievements, visa sponsorship (e.g., O-1) may be considered case-by-case in coordination with legal counsel. Core Responsibilities

• Deliver structured group and private coaching sessions (ages and skill levels appropriate)
• Teach core fundamentals: grip, strokes, footwork, serve/receive, and tactical awareness
• Conduct drills, multiball training, and structured practice sessions
• Foster a safe, disciplined, and encouraging training environment
• Track player development and communicate progress with parents
• Support club programs, camps, events, and beginner competitions
• Maintain equipment, facility standards, and safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with students and families while promoting club values

Qualifications

• Strong competitive or professional training background in table tennis (elite academy, provincial/national level, or equivalent preferred)
• Prior experience coaching children or youth athletes
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage small group instruction (4–8 students)
• Patient, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background check
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
