This has proved very successful, so much so that we are now expanding the industries to which we can supply and the avenues from which we source the trained, motivated people that ambitious New Zealand businesses are demanding. We are now placing migrants in the Heathcare, Aged Care, Engineering, IT and Food Production sectors and have established recruitment partnerships in Sri Lanka and South Africa. We have a soft-landing approach to pastoral care and endeavour to treat our Migrant Workers like family.
