What we offer:
About us:
Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
We have a diverse team of more than 240 employees from over 40 nationalities, still growing but at a sustainable rate. Our aim is to work in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary colleagues.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.

Your Responsibilities & Impact:
In this role, you will take full ownership of a defined supplier portfolio or category, ensuring seamless execution within our Purchase-to-Pay processes while actively contributing to inventory optimization and operational excellence.
- Own your category end-to-end: Take full responsibility for all Purchase-to-Pay activities within your assigned supplier portfolio — from order placement to delivery follow-up — ensuring smooth and reliable execution.
- Drive operational excellence in procurement: Execute contract call-offs and manage the full PO lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong process adherence across all transactions.
- Resolve complex supply and order issues: Act as the first escalation point for delivery discrepancies, quantity issues, and critical orders — proactively identifying risks and driving solutions before they impact operations.
- Optimize inventory through data: Analyze stock levels, demand signals, and supplier performance to adjust order frequencies and contribute to achieving stock coverage and inventory targets.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment: Act as a key interface to Planning, Accounting, and Operations — ensuring transparency on risks, forecasts, and supplier performance.
- Improve procurement processes: Identify inefficiencies within the Purchase-to-Pay process and proactively suggest pragmatic improvements to increase speed, clarity, and scalability.
- Take ownership as a category Subject Matter Expert (SME): Build deep expertise within your category, understand supplier dynamics, and support decision-making with structured insights.
What You Bring:
- Experience & Background: 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain — ideally in FMCG, food, pharma, or similarly complex environments.
- Strong operational ownership mindset: You are comfortable managing a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy, structure, and reliability.
- Analytical thinking & data affinity: You use data to make decisions — especially when it comes to inventory management, order planning, and supplier performance.
- Problem-solving skills: You don’t escalate problems blindly — you take ownership, dig into root causes, and drive solutions.
- Process orientation: You understand the importance of clean processes and know how to improve them without overcomplicating things.
- Stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and confidently across teams and keep everyone aligned on priorities and risks.
- Hands-on mentality: You are not afraid of operational work — you enjoy being close to execution and making things work day-to-day.
- Tools & Tech: Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Odoo/MRP) and solid Excel skills; BI tools are a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
What we offer:
- An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrients
- The Urban Sports Club membership, Swapfiets bike rental and a subsidy for the BVG ticket
- Your career is unique. That’s why we offer the opportunity for tailored Learning & Development as well as (Leadership) Coaching programs, designed to support your personal professional journey on an individual basis
