Pathway Tutoring Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office and Administrative Support Worker to support daily administrative and academic operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating communication between administrative leadership, academic staff, tutors, and families, within a dynamic educational environment.This is a permanent, full-time position and may be used for employment-based immigration sponsorship (EB-3 / PERM process). Pay: $53,955.00 per yearWork Location: In person
- Provide front desk support, including answering calls and emails
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files, reports, and schedules
- Coordinate tutor schedules, classroom usage, and attendance tracking
- Assist with onboarding of staff and communication with families and tutors
- Serve as liaison with third-party vendors (accounting, payroll, marketing)
- Manage data using internal systems and learning management platforms
- Provide basic IT and system troubleshooting support
- Assist with individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements

- Associate’s degree in Social Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in administrative or educational support roles
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English (required) due to business necessity (over 40% of clients are Portuguese-speaking)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tutoring centers, schools, or educational environments
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience supporting special education or IEP coordination
