Duties and Responsibilities ITS Project Portfolio
- Define and maintain the ITS roadmap
- Lead annual planning cycles
- Oversee ITS portfolio governance and delivery
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across ITS and the organisation
- Ensure reporting and stakeholder visibility
- Align initiatives with organisational strategy
Responsibilities beyond Portfolio Management
- Lead budget planning and financial oversight
- Drive operational improvements
- Oversee licence management
- Strengthen governance and committees
- Represent ITS in risk and stakeholder forums
Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide matrix leadership across projects

You have (Requirements)
- 6-7 years minimum relevant project management or business administration experience
- An undergraduate degree (In IT or relevant fields) or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Project management training: PRINCE 2, MSP or equivalent qualified
- Be able to motivate, engage and lead project teams
- Broad demonstrable experience of successfully supporting projects
- Tailor expert knowledge to project needs and circumstance
- Project management tools experience (e.g. Smartsheet/Alfresco)
- Capable of working under own initiative
- Persistence to carry tasks through to conclusion
- Flexible and positive attitude
- An ability to deal positively with change and adapt to new situations
- Ability to constructively challenge ways of working and get support to change
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills

- Financial incentives: depending on circumstances, monthly family/marriage allowance of £278 monthly child allowance of £336 per child. Non resident allowance up to £569 per month. Annual salary review, pension scheme, death benefit, long-term care, accident-at-work and unemployment insurances
