• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, chats, or messages from customers.
• Provide information about products or services.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, or technical issues.
• Process orders, bookings, or service requests.
• Update customer records in CRM systems.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services (cross-selling or upselling where appropriate).
• Meet customer service and quality performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
