Occupational Therapist in Australia- sponsorship available

About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Intelligent Health Care Australia in Mid north Coast region Port Macquarie, NSW , Coffs Harbours and surroundings and ( Centra west of NSW and Dubbo Region ). This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
• Providing occupational therapy services such as Home modification , Functional capacity assessment , Assistive technology prescription.
• Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-centred goals
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of occupational therapy practices
• Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation and adhering to professional and organisational standards

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services, ideally in a healthcare or community-based setting
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive .
