About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Intelligent Health Care Australia in Mid north Coast region Port Macquarie, NSW , Coffs Harbours and surroundings and ( Centra west of NSW and Dubbo Region ). Work Location: On the road
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
- Providing occupational therapy services such as Home modification , Functional capacity assessment , Assistive technology prescription.
- Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-centred goals
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of occupational therapy practices
- Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation and adhering to professional and organisational standards
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services, ideally in a healthcare or community-based setting
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive .
