Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage software releases across development, QA, DevOps, and operations te - ams.Develop and maintain release calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project timeli
- nes.Lead release planning meetings and communicate release status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakehold
- ers.Manage end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, rollback, and post-release validat
- ion.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and automate release proces
- ses.Ensure compliance with change management, governance, and release approval proces
- ses.Identify release risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolut
- ion.Coordinate production deployments and provide release support during maintenance wind
- ows.Monitor release metrics and continuously improve release quality, efficiency, and deployment success ra

Required Qualifica

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related - field.8+ years of experience in IT, including 4+ years in Release Management or DevOps-related
- roles.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodol
- ogies.Experience managing enterprise software releases in cloud and hybrid environ
- ments.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools su
