We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with 8+ years of IT experience to lead and manage software release planning, coordination, and deployment across multiple development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in release management, CI/CD processes, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality, timely software release
s.

• ams.Develop and maintain release calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project timeli
• nes.Lead release planning meetings and communicate release status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakehold
• ers.Manage end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, rollback, and post-release validat
• ion.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and automate release proces
• ses.Ensure compliance with change management, governance, and release approval proces
• ses.Identify release risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolut
• ion.Coordinate production deployments and provide release support during maintenance wind
• ows.Monitor release metrics and continuously improve release quality, efficiency, and deployment success ra
• tes.Work closely with product owners, project managers, developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure te
• ams.Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and audit reco
• rds.Support incident management and post-release root cause analysis when requi

Required Qualifica

• tions
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
• field.8+ years of experience in IT, including 4+ years in Release Management or DevOps-related
• roles.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodol
• ogies.Experience managing enterprise software releases in cloud and hybrid environ
• ments.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools su
