Production Operator The Better Drinks Co. | New Zealand Help Create NZ’s Favourite BeveragesThe Better Drinks Co. is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join its fast-paced beverage manufacturing team. This role involves operating modern production equipment to produce soft drinks, juices, and ready-to-drink beverages safely and efficiently. What You'll Do?Operate bottling, filling, and packaging machines on production lines.Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.Perform machine setup, adjustments, and product changeovers.Carry out cleaning-in-place (CIP) and equipment sanitation.Follow “In Full, On Time & In Spec (IFOTIS)” production targets.Record production data, quality checks, and downtime.Identify and report mechanical or process issues.Support smooth production flow and reduce downtime.Follow strict food safety and health & safety procedures. What We're Looking For:Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or food/beverage production (preferred).Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.Physically fit for shift-based, hands-on work.Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night).Basic mechanical understanding is an advantage.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
