Little World operates to promote the very best care and learning for infants, toddlers, junior preschoolers and preschool aged children. We are always looking to add to our team of extraordinary educators to positively contribute towards the education of children within our centres. 

Little World  is looking for 4 enthusiastic and passionate Group Leader to join our amazing teamQualifications Required-Certificate lll in Early Childhood and care or Diploma in Early Childhood and careThe Role:

• Creating a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment.
• Supporting and implementing a quality educational curriculum.
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable.
• Have a love and passion for working with Children 0-6 years.
• Studying or holds the relevant qualification for position applying for.
• Assistance with documenting inline with EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Communicate with families and parents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families
• Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios.
• Successful applicant must be able to Pass a National Police Check and hold a current Queensland Blue Card .

• First Aid Qualifications, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training, 
• Visa Sponsorship:The company has Business Sponsorship Approval from the Government to sponsor overseas of qualified workers which lets skilled people with a relevant occupations work in Australia for an employer who can't find suitable Australians to do the required work.
