The Role:You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, advising clients on both commercial and residential property disputes. This role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys building client relationships and delivering practical legal solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload of property litigation matters
• Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes
• Handling lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture matters
• Managing possession claims and rights of way disputes
• Advising on restrictive covenants, easements and boundary disputes
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
• Supporting senior members of the team on complex and high-value disputes
• Delivering excellent client service throughout all stages of a matter

What They're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience handling a range of property litigation matters
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
• Strong client relationship management skills
• A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in Property Litigation
• Team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a successful and growing practice
