ALDONS ANG CONSULTING GROUP PTY LTD is an Australian private consulting company operating in Queensland with a focus on business/management and advisory services.Job Description: Experienced Account ManagerRole Summary:An Experienced Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and coordinating internal teams to deliver on client needs. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships.Understand client business objectives and provide strategic solutions.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell consulting services.Coordinate internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Monitor project progress and address any client concerns proactively.Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients.Negotiate contracts and manage renewals.Keep up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert guidance. Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.3 to 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects.Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay: From $10,000.00 per monthBenefits:
