We are looking for a store manager for our store in HastingsNeed minimum 2 years work experience or a relevant business / management / hospitality qualificationPay rate $25 to $32 per hourWelcome to the World of Burgerfuel where passion is celebrated , individuaility is encouragedAs a Burgerfuel Store Manager you will work alongside the franchisee , be in charge of the store's day to day operations, look after a team of high energy staff, create an exceptional customer experience, manage operational processes and store practices.Job Description

• Responsibility for all Retailing activities at stores.
• Maintain costs within store guidelines.
• Responsibility for Product Quality.
• To be responsible for Store Rosters.
• To be responsible for in-store Training and Compliance to the Training Needs Analysis.
• To implement company, legal and statutory requirements.
• To implement the Occupational Health & Safety (OS&H) policy.
• Any other areas relating to retailing not noted here.
• Hygiene and housekeeping.
• Budgeting.
• Risk Management.
• Implement staff disciplinary procedure to limits of your authority
• Communicate effectively with employees , peers and directors
• Deal with customer complaints
• Complete weekly operational reports
• Complete and return Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sheet and Gross Profit ( GP) on Monday of each week
• conduct monthly stock
• Complete product costing
• By effective communication and delegation with control, direct the retailing operation to provide the right product at the right quality and right price at the right time.
• To maintain costs below budgeted levels.
• To be aware of any Quality issues, especially relating to product safety and shelf life. To implement HACCP and Best Practices.
• Through effective communication, control and motivation, develop an efficient, dedicated team capable of operating Retail Outlets.
• Carry out a training needs analysis for all positions and arrange for employees to upgrade their skills level, where required. Provide on job training, direction and advice.
• Keep updated with any legislation relating to Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and Food Manufacturing and Retailing operations. Ensure Compliance with all legal requirements as advised by Managing Director.
• Implement the Company Induction and Health and Safety plans.
• Ensure personal staff hygiene is maintained at the highest standard.
• On an annual basis produce an accurate budget for the coming year.
• Implement the Risk Management strategy to reduce the potential for injury or dangerous occurrences.

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hourBenefits:
