Position: Customer Service RepresentativeCompany: TIL Logistics (MOVE Logistics Group) Job DescriptionTIL Logistics is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients using its freight, transport, warehousing, and logistics services. In this role, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate freight bookings, and work closely with transport and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess freight bookings and transport requestsTrack shipments and provide delivery updatesResolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when requiredMaintain accurate customer records and transport documentationCoordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teamsSupport account managers and deliver excellent customer serviceFollow company policies and health and safety procedures Skills & Qualifications Essential:Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood organisational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systemsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred:Experience in freight, warehousing, or supply chain operationsKnowledge of CRM or Transport Management Systems (TMS)Qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related fieldPay: From $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:
