Payroll Specialist – ProCare Health Limited New Zealand A Payroll Specialist at ProCare Health Limited manages employee payroll processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with New Zealand payroll and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities Process weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payroll Calculate salaries, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowances Maintain payroll records and employee data Ensure compliance with PAYE, KiwiSaver, and Holidays Act requirements Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and managers Prepare payroll reports for HR and finance teams Coordinate payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and contract changes Support payroll audits and system improvements Skills & Qualifications Experience in payroll administration or payroll processing Knowledge of NZ payroll legislation, PAYE, KiwiSaver, and Holidays Act requirements Experience using payroll software and HR systems Strong attention to detail and Excel skills Good communication and confidentiality handling Preferred Experience Healthcare or multi-site payroll experience Experience with systems such as SAP, MYOB, iPayroll, or Employment Hero Pay: From $7,100.00 per month Benefits:
