About the RoleAs a Training Consultant at EROAD, you'll help customers successfully adopt the company's fleet management and telematics solutions by delivering engaging training and onboarding programs. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure users gain the knowledge and confidence to maximize the value of EROAD's technology. What You'll Do?

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-site customer training sessions.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and e-learning resources.
• Support customer onboarding and product adoption.
• Tailor training programs to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Keep training content updated with new product features.
• Travel within New Zealand and occasionally Australia as required.
