You will step into a hot, active desk with established client relationships, strong brand presence, and massive earning potential. Your Responsibilities
  • Driving Business Development: Actively hunt for new clients through target-led cold calling, sales activity, and reverse marketing.
  • Managing Client Portfolios: Maintain and grow a warm client portfolio while conducting face-to-face client visits to build trust and expand accounts.
  • Candidate Management: Source, interview, and place high-quality business support talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with clients and candidates to deliver seamless recruitment solutions from pitch to placement.
  • Self-Management & Compliance: Manage your own administrative duties, pipeline data, and database tracking to ensure 100% compliance.

What we're looking for 
  • Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of recruitment agency experience, with a proven track record of building a fast-paced temporary or permanent desk.
  • Resilient Sales Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the confidence to handle demanding, fast-reacting corporate and industrial clients.
  • Team Player: A self-motivated, collaborative professional who takes pride in their work and values a supportive team culture over office politics.
  • Logistics: Holds a valid driver’s licence.
  • Working Rights & Visa Sponsorship: Open to sponsoring eligible candidates from overseas who meet all vetting requirements.
