You will contribute to onboarding, training initiatives, and workforce planning activities to support organizational development. The role also requires managing sponsorship compliance processes in line with Skilled Worker visa regulations. Overall, this role is ideal for proactive professionals who can adapt quickly and deliver effective HR solutions consistently. Job Duties
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and issuing contracts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries while providing professional guidance to staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Administer payroll processes and manage attendance, leave, and sickness records efficiently.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and new employee inductions.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation consistently.
  • Coordinate training programmes and support employee development and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage sponsorship compliance, including maintaining records and updating the Sponsor Management System.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to support decision-making and improve workforce strategies.

Job Requirements
  • Demonstrate at least two years of work experience within an office or HR-related environment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of UK employment law and human resources best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Show strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities in daily operations.
  • Be proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Hold or be working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher as a preferred requirement.
  • Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements.
