Requirements for this role: * Flexible hours available * 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role * Expected salary: $34 - $44 per hour Xtreme Haulage Limited is a growing transport company based in Auckland, currently recruiting experienced Full-Time Class 4 Truck Drivers for routes across the North Island. Key Responsibilities • Operate Class 4 vehicles safely across designated North Island routes • Position and manoeuvre vehicles for efficient loading and unloading operations • Secure and restrain loads in full compliance with New Zealand transport law • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness • Complete and maintain accurate delivery and pick-up documentation • Ensure all compliance requirements are met, including hours-of-service regulations • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members as required • Monitor and support team performance in line with company standards • Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route progress or delays • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned vehicles Requirements • Valid New Zealand Class 4 driver’s licence (minimum requirement) • Minimum 12 months’ experience operating Class 4 or heavy vehicles in a commercial environment • Sound knowledge of NZ road transport rules and load restraint regulations • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on long-distance routes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude • Current and clean driving record What We Offer • Competitive pay rate: $34 – $44 per hour, based on experience • Full-time, permanent position. • Guaranteed 30 – 45 hours per week • Consistent 8-hour shifts • Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates • Supportive and experienced management team • Opportunities for career growth within a reputable haulage company How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take the next step in your driving career, we want to hear from you.
