- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage project documentation within systems like SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow, maintaining accurate records of all project artefacts.
- Conduct root cause analysis for project issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead team management efforts by supervising team members, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Utilise ERP systems such as Workday or Salesforce for resource planning and data analysis purposes.
- Apply various project management methodologies including Waterfall, SAFe, or Agile frameworks like Scrum through tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
- Organise meetings, prepare presentations using Visio or other presentation software, and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
- Support product development initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing content within CMS platforms.
- Assist with cost control measures and ensure compliance with organisational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet is essential.
- Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems including Workday or Salesforce is desirable.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like SAS or ServiceNow will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team management and motivation.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions efficiently.
- Experience working within various methodologies such as Waterfall or SAFe is preferred.
