Chef – Gather & Co South West in partnership with South West Allied Therapies (Bunbury, WA)
Help us launch a café that celebrates community, creativity, and inclusion. The RoleAs a Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping to shape a menu that reflects seasonal, local ingredients and modern Australian flavours. You’ll lead by example in the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity in every dish.Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily operations and menu development.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Mentor and train junior staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Step up to lead the kitchen when required.What We’re Looking For
Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar role.
Passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.Salary & Award
Annual Salary up to $83000 per year (plus superannuation), depending on experience.
Penalty rates apply for weekends, public holidays, and overtime in line with Fair Work standards.What We Offer
