Zaffi is Sydney CBD's vibrant Lebanese and Middle Eastern dining destination at 10–14 Hunter Street. By day we run an express corporate lunch and private dining service; by night we transform into a lively supper club with late-night dining and events. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable all-rounders who love hospitality and want to be part of something exciting.About the roleAs a General Assistant at Zaffi, you'll flex across front-of-house and support duties, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences morning to late night. No two shifts are the same — you might be running express lunches one afternoon and helping set up a supper club event that evening.We welcome full-time, part-time, and casual applicants. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality or add a dynamic venue to their portfolio.What you'll be doingGreeting and seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with warmth and efficiencySupporting the bar and kitchen team during peak service periodsSetting up and breaking down the restaurant for lunch service, private dining, and evening eventsMaintaining a clean, organised front-of-house area throughout serviceAssisting with corporate lunch runs and express service setupsHelping coordinate bookings and guest flow during busy periods and special eventsWhat we're looking forA genuine love of hospitality and creating great guest experiencesAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy serviceStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeFlexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and late nightsCurrent RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)Previous hospitality experience welcome but not essential — we'll train the right personJob Types: Full-time, CasualPay: $51,248.38 – $83,711.06 per yearBenefits:
