Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include · bake, assemble and decorate pastries · monitoring quality and weight of raw ingredients · kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry · prepare and cook pastry fillings · maintain equipment to OH&S standards PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
