Our Irvine campus is growing, and we're expanding our team to keep developing the next generation of young engineers. What You'll Do

• Coach students (ages 6–18) in VEX robotics design, building, and programming
• Guide teams through the full engineering process — from concept to competition
• Prepare students and teams for regional, national, and World Championship events
• Mentor students on engineering notebooks, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Communicate progress clearly with both students and parents

What We're Looking For

• Valid U.S. work authorization (required)
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (required)
• A genuine passion for working with children and a strong sense of responsibility
• Background in software, engineering, robotics, or a related STEM field (preferred)
• Prior experience in robotics coaching or teaching is a strong plus
• Hands-on, hardworking, and eager to keep learning and growing with us
