Training on first aid, FSP, bakery management and operationsCompetencies requiredOven

• baking beautiful golden-brown products
• managing product flow from bowl to bench, through retarder/provers to oven and ultimately into the shop 
• placing baked products in the right shop location as they are removed from the oven

Bowl

• weigh up ingredients according to provided recipes
• mixing dough according to defined dough schedule
• help on bench with processing dough
• ensure smooth production flow

Bench

• Process dough in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with defined dough schedule
• Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment

General requirements

• Bakers Delight experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage
• Bakery operations including scheduling, stock management, purchasing/ordering and training apprentices 
• Cleanliness in accordance with WHS standards, FSP and 5-Star

Standards

• Actively work with Production Manager on stock management, stock ordering and stocktake
• Self-motivated team player
• Train and guide apprentices
