This role is ideal for vets who enjoy working across different practices, collaborating with multiple teams and managing a diverse caseload, while benefiting from the security of permanent employment. The Role Working across several local practices, you will:

• Gain exposure to a wide range of cases and clinical environments
• Work with different teams while following a planned and structured rota
• Enjoy variety and professional development without sacrificing work‑life balance

Working pattern:

• Full‑time role working 4 days per week
• 1 in 6 weekends
• Part‑time options available
• Rota planned in advance, supporting local practices close to your home

This position also offers the opportunity to influence and support other clinicians

About You

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
• MRCVS registered or eligible for registration
• Strong clinical skills with confidence in routine surgery
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and supportive
• Passionate about delivering high standards of patient and client care
