The company has been established since 2023, with team and local warehouse operating out of E1W London. We’re looking for a high-performing individual to elevate our brand and marketing, driving the next phase of growth and capturing our full market potential.CMO role:
A senior leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning paid multi-channel growth, creative content, and brand identity, while also supporting partnerships and PR. You will work closely with the two founders and lead a small in-house marketing team. Main immediate focus area will be Paid Marketing and Creative to produce from concept to output and delivering results. Qualifications:

- 8–10 years’ experience in mid- to senior-level marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience in the UK beauty industry, specifically within the mid-premium segment
- An established personal network and strong references within the industry
- A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and building brands from the ground up
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive delivery and lead a young, international team
- A beauty masks and patches fanatic.
